Thom Lynch has 25 years of management experience in both private and non-profit corporations, the last 15 of those in executive positions.
He recently left his position as the CEO of Community Center Project, Inc. after increasing revenues by 156% and holding expenses flat, expanding programs and services, and streamlining business operations.
Mr. Lynch used the media effectively to increase the profile of his company and has extensive television and print media experience.
Prior to his time at CCP, he was the Chief Operating Officer of Open Hand, Inc for eight years.
Mr. Lynch has a history of working to bring exciting products and services from his companies. By building strong business relationships with private sector partners and the government, he has been very successful at raising funds for organizations. His particular skills sets are in organizational development, program development, budgets, media and public speaking, public relations, and strategy.
Thom has served on boards for both private and non-profit organizations. He served six years as chair of the Federal Emergency Management Agency Local Advisory Board for San Francisco. He also served on the Mayor’s Transition Team, serving on the housing sub-committee. |

Marcos Guillen
President and CTO
Marcos Guillen founded CorticalDB (formerly Artificial Development ) in July 2003 to build a complete simulation of the Human Cortex and peripheral systems, and to deliver a wide range of commercial products based on CCortex, an artificial version of the Human Brain.
Previously, Marcos was co-founder, president, and CEO of Red Internauta, Spain's largest independent dial-up ISP, from 1999 to 2002. Before Red Internauta, he founded Ran Internet in 1995, the third-largest Spanish hosting provider, and served as the company's CEO from 1995 through 1999. Prior to forming Ran, Marcos founded and managed HS Computers, a computer retail chain, from 1992 to 1995. |

Seila Garcia
Engineering Director
Seila is the leading software engineer behind the CCortex Software Model and its scalable clustering technologies. Seila has long been interested in High Performance Computing and clustering technologies. Before joining CorticalDB, she worked for several telecommunications companies, designing complex distributed hosting applications, voice-oriented web services portals, and the architecture of a massively parallel hosting procurement center. She has worked with parallel computing systems, shared memory systems, and many different database cluster architectures. Seila has a Telecommunication Engineering degree from Alcala University, Madrid, where she participated in the development of a proprietary POSIX compatibility operating system, and trained on parallel programming and distributed network computing environments. |

Mathew Gregory
Vice President of R&D
Mathew has a MS in Biotechnology from Calicut University' and a BS from M.G. University' Kerala. His research experience includes researching the role of the hippocampal formation in spatial cognition' and doing genetic analysis at the Indian Institute of Science' Bangalore. His work in CorticalDB focuses around modeling neuronal connectivity and structure mapping in the CorticalMap' including such regions as the neocortex' hippocampus' thalamus' superior colliculus and cochlear nucleus. |
